經(jīng)過二十多年的發(fā)展，目前公司屬下參、控股的子公司和分公司計有：昆明中厚建設(shè)監(jiān)理有限公司、云南安厚工程消防咨詢有限公司、云南八衛(wèi)科技有限公司、云南助厚投資有限公司、晟海環(huán)?？萍加邢薰尽⒋罄矸止镜?。
公司培養(yǎng)、引進(jìn)和建設(shè)了一支滿足市場需求的工程勘察設(shè)計咨詢專業(yè)人才隊伍，現(xiàn)有員工 260多人（不含子公司、控股公司、參股公司人員），其中高級職稱49人，中級職稱59人，初級職稱100多人；具有各類注冊執(zhí)業(yè)資格人員57人。

公司全資子公司昆明中厚建設(shè)監(jiān)理有限公司，具有房屋建筑工程、市政公用工程乙級監(jiān)理資質(zhì)。可承擔(dān)房屋建筑工程、市政公用工程（城市道路工程、給排水、建筑安裝工程、垃圾處理等）的建設(shè)監(jiān)理和建設(shè)技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)，可承擔(dān)本地區(qū)抗力等級6級以下的（含6級）人民防空工程監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)。堅持“高起點(diǎn)、嚴(yán)要求、 高質(zhì)量、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”的要求，堅持“守法、誠信、公正、科學(xué)”的監(jiān)理職業(yè)準(zhǔn)則，堅持“嚴(yán)格監(jiān)理、咨詢到位、熱情服務(wù)、秉公辦事、一絲不茍”的監(jiān)理原則。2018年被云南省建設(shè)監(jiān)理協(xié)會評為“優(yōu)秀工程監(jiān)理企業(yè)”。
公司控股的云南八衛(wèi)科技有限公司，成立于2017年6月，專業(yè)從事“生態(tài)衛(wèi)生間及固液資源化利用系統(tǒng)”項目和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)及銷售工作。以“生態(tài)衛(wèi)生間及固液資源化利用系統(tǒng)解決方案和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品專業(yè)服務(wù)商”為定位，以“利國利民、造福人類”為使命，以“讓生態(tài)衛(wèi)生間及固液資源化利用系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入每一個城市、鄉(xiāng)村和家庭”為愿景。2019年通過認(rèn)定為云南省高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。

Yunnan Engineering Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. Was Founded in 1998, Yunnan Engineering Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly Yunnan Engineering Survey and Design Institute, "Yunnan ESDI" for short.) is a private engineering survey and design consulting enterprise with Grade A national qualification in construction engineering and other specialties.
The Company has always adhered to the "Eight Establishments and Benefits" as its core value concept of corporate culture. "Eight Establishments" indicate the common standards for enterprises and all employees, namely, "Establishment of Virtue, Sincerity, Ambition, Conduct, Achievement, Career, Innovation and Speech". The Company holds the qualification certificate issued by the State as follows: Grade A Engineering Design Qualification in Construction Industry (Construction Engineering); Grade A Credit for Engineering Consulting Buildings and Municipal Public Engineering; Category I Institution for Construction Drawings Review (Category I Housing Construction Design, Category II Survey); Professional Grade B Engineering Design Qualification in Municipal Industry (Road Engineering, Water Supply Engineering, Drainage Engineering, Environmental Hygiene Engineering). It can be engaged in the corresponding construction engineering design, general contracting business, project management and related technical and management services within the scope of qualification certificate permission. It also possesses qualifications such as Special Grade B Landscape Architecture Engineering Design; Qualification of engineering survey: Grade B Labor (engineering drilling) and Engineering Survey Specialty (Geotechnical Engineering <Survey, Design, Geophysical Test and Monitoring>), Grade C Engineering Survey Specialty (Engineering Surveying); Grade C Urban and Rural Planning and Tourism Planning and Design.
After more than 20 years of development, The Company at present has several wholly-owned, holding or joint stock subsidiaries and branches, including Kunming Zhonghou Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., Zhongqi Zhigu International Consulting Co., Ltd., Yunnan Anhou Engineering Fire Control Consulting Co., Ltd., Yunnan Bawei Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Zhuohou Investment Co., Ltd., Qujing Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Chongqing Zongheng Fire Safety Technical Service Co., Ltd., Dali Branch and Chongqing Branch.
The Company has trained, introduced and built a team of engineering survey and design consultants to meet the market demand. There are more than 260 employees (excluding those of subsidiaries, holding companies and joint stock companies), including 49 with senior professional and technical titles, 59 with intermediate professional and technical titles, and more than 100 with junior professional and technical titles. There are 57 persons with all kinds of registered qualification.
The Company attaches great importance to the combination of industry, university and research, encourages employees to innovate and develop themselves, and builds an excellent innovation team through the combination of industry, university and research and the market. Since 2011, the Company's employees have published more than 100 papers in academic journals both inside and outside the province. The Company becomes one of participants in preparation of the national BIM standard. At the same time, the Company actively promotes and applies achievements of "Four New" including new technologies, new materials, new processes and new equipment, and the Company's patented technology continues to make progress. At present, the Company has had more than 40 national patents authorized and accepted by CNIPA, including portable pile driver, flushing-free ecological and environment-friendly toilet facilities and technologies.
Founded in 1994, Kunming Zhonghou Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has the supervision qualification of Grade B Housing Construction Engineering and Municipal Public Engineering. It can undertake the construction supervision and technical consulting services of housing construction engineering, municipal public engineering (urban road engineering, water supply and drainage, construction and installation engineering, garbage disposal, etc.), as well as the supervision business of civil air defense works below Level 6 (including level 6) in this area. It has always adhered to the requirements of high starting point, strict requirements, high quality and high standards, the supervision profession norms of "abiding by the law, honesty, fairness and science", and the supervision principles of "strict supervision, consultation in place, enthusiastic service, impartial handling of affairs and meticulosity". In 2018, it was appraised as "Excellent Engineering Supervision Enterprise" by Yunnan Association of Engineering Consultants.
Founded in June 2017, Yunnan Bawei Science and Technology Co., Ltd. controlled by the Company specializes in the research and development, production and sales of "Ecological Toilet and Solid-liquid Resource Utilization System" and related products. It is positioned to "Professional Service Provider of Ecological Toilet and Solid-liquid Resource Utilization System Solution and Related Products", and takes "Benefit the Nation and the People, and the Mankind" as the mission and "Let the Ecological Toilet and Solid-liquid Resource Utilization System Available to Every City, Village and Family" as the vision. In 2019, it was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Yunnan Province.
The Company is the enterprise certified by ISO9001 standard international quality management system and AAA Credit Enterprise in Yunnan Province. Over the years, it has undertaken a number of influential major engineering projects inside and outside Yunnan Province, and has won more than 70 excellent engineering survey and design consulting awards awarded by national and industrial associations and relevant departments in Yunnan Province and Kunming City. In 2010, it was awarded the honor of excellent private design enterprise in the national survey and design industry awarded by China Engineering and Consulting Association, and Su Yiyuan, Chairman of the Company, also won the title of "Excellent Private Entrepreneur in the National Survey and Design Industry".
